Opposition moves symbolic CEC trial to Mallikarjun Kharge's residence

After being denied permission, the INDIA bloc has relocated its symbolic public trial of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to the residence of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge. The event, framed as a public impeachment, is being organized in a manner likely to avoid mocking Parliament.

Former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar is set to preside over the scripted session. The proceedings will officially commence with Kharge moving the resolution against the elections chief.

Following the introduction of the motion, the forum will be thrown open for further participation. Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to deliver the concluding remarks to wrap up the event.
